While several inspections followed these complaints, only one water supply issue and one unsanitary conditions complaint was found to have not violated housing laws. The building's maintenance history reveals multiple infrastructure concerns over recent years. Between 2023 and 2025, there were several incidents involving building systems and safety equipment, including complaints about elevator systems (multiple devices on property), boiler issues, and structural concerns.

Three active violations remain unresolved as of this report: failure to file 2022 external low-pressure inspection reports (issued April 2023) and a parking structure inspection requirement with a $2,500 penalty (issued October 2024). The building's management has maintained an effective rodent control program, with recent inspections showing compliance in 2024, though there was documented rat activity in October 2023. An examination of bedbug reports from 2019 through 2023 shows zero infestations reported during the past five filing periods, indicating successful pest management practices.
