Most recently, in September 2024, there were two complaints regarding pest infestations that could not be inspected due to access issues, and in August 2024, there were multiple complaints about mold, water leaks, and wall conditions that were inspected but resulted in no violations.

The building has a concerning history of water-related issues, with documented problems including slow leaks, mold, and bathroom water leakage in Apartment 2R (2019) that required repairs. The property faced significant challenges in late 2022 with multiple heat and hot water complaints affecting both individual apartments and the entire building, though these were subsequently corrected according to HPD documentation.
