Most notably, the property has persistent open Housing Maintenance Code violations from 2021 through 2024 regarding the failure to file annual bedbug reports as required by HPD regulations.

Between 2022 and 2023, multiple Department of Buildings (DOB) inspections were conducted under various categories including Tenant Safety Inspections and Local Law 188/17 Compliance Inspections, with most either showing no violations or being marked as compliance inspections performed. A major incident occurred in late 2022 when the building was cited for two serious Environmental Control Board violations related to unauthorized construction work in the cellar.
