11 Van Dam Street is a two-story, four-unit New Law Tenement building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, constructed in 1931 and currently owned by James & Rose Smith. The building has experienced recurring administrative issues regarding bedbug reporting compliance between 2021 and 2023, with Housing Maintenance Code violations recorded in 2021, 2022, and most recently in March 2023, all related to failure to file the required annual bedbug reports with the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
