Between February and March 2025, four separate floor-related complaints and two refrigerator issues were reported, though HPD inspections were unable to be completed in these cases. The building has a history of water-related problems, with multiple water leak complaints in mid-2024, including heavy flow and damp spots, though inspection access was not granted.

In March 2024, significant safety concerns were identified in apartment 2R, including defective smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a mouse infestation was reported in both apartments 2R and ALT2R. Additional violations were documented in apartment 4R in June 2024, related to ceiling repair and roof leaks, which were certified as corrected by August 2024.
