The most recent incident occurred in August 2023, when the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene received a report of rat sightings at the property.

Unfortunately, the inspector was unable to access the site during their attempted visit, and the complaint remains unresolved pending further access information from the reporter. Earlier in the same year, in January 2023, there was a complaint regarding illegal after-hours work at the building.

However, after an inspection on January 29, 2023, the Department of Buildings determined that no violations were warranted at the time of their visit, and the case was subsequently closed the following day.
