The three-unit, three-story residential building at 160 Woodpoint Road in Williamsburg, owned by Ranco Management and constructed in 2002, has experienced several noteworthy events since its completion. Most significantly, from October to November 2020, there were multiple plumbing issues related to toilets, including one emergency complaint that resulted in violations being issued specifically for a faulty flushing apparatus in the second-floor bathroom of Apartment 2.
