The 5-story, 10-unit residential building at 46 Kossuth Place in Bushwick, owned by Mendy Deutsch, was completed in 2022 and has experienced several regulatory interactions since its construction. Most recently, in March 2025, there was an issue with an inadequate or illegal fence, which was resolved in April 2025 with an Oath Violation served.

In 2023, there was a sustainability enforcement work order, though inspectors were unable to gain access during their first inspection attempt.
