308 Linden Street is a 3-unit, 3-story New Law Tenement building constructed in 1931, currently owned by Zlt Linden 308 LLC and located in the Bushwick neighborhood. The building has experienced several significant maintenance issues over the past few years, particularly in 2021-2022, when tenants reported multiple problems including heat and hot water outages, plumbing issues (bathtub/shower), electrical lighting problems, water leaks (both heavy flow and slow leaks), general cabinet issues, and unsanitary mold conditions.

While inspections by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) were conducted in response to these complaints, most resulted in no violations being issued or in HPD being unable to gain access for inspection.
