22 Cornelia Street is a three-story, three-unit residential building located in Bushwick, constructed in 2005 and currently owned by Luis Navedo. The building's most significant recorded issues occurred in April 2019, when both ventilation system problems and mold-related unsanitary conditions were reported to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).

Unfortunately, in both cases, HPD was unable to gain access to conduct inspections, and the complaints were subsequently closed with recommendations to file new complaints if the issues persisted. The building has maintained an excellent record regarding pest control and rodent inspections over recent years.

There have been no reported bedbug infestations in any unit since the start of reporting in 2020, with consistent filings indicating zero infested, eradicated, or re-infested units in all annual reports. Additionally, the building has passed all rodent inspections since 2012, with the most recent passing inspections occurring in 2022, 2024, and 2025, though there was one failure recorded in October 2010 for unspecified reasons. While the building had some ventilation and mold issues in 2019, it appears these concerns may have been resolved, as there have been no further complaints or documented issues of this nature in the past four years.
