The most recent incidents in January 2025 included both building-wide and apartment-specific complaints, with the building-wide issue being confirmed as resolved during HPD's investigation.

A December 2024 inspection resulted in violations for inadequate heat in Apartment 3A and locked access to the building's heating system in the basement. The building, however, has maintained an active record of compliance with bedbug reporting requirements over the past several years, with no reported infestations or eradications since 2017, and completed successful rodent inspections from 2012 through 2025, indicating no pest-control issues.

Earlier violations, dating back to 2016, were primarily related to safety devices in Apartment 2A, including faulty smoke detectors, a missing carbon monoxide detector, and an electrical outlet cover plate issue, though these were certified as corrected by 2024.
