The property has experienced persistent heat and hot water system issues throughout early 2024, with ten separate emergency complaints filed through the NYC Housing Maintenance Code between January 13 and February 17, 2024, all of which have been officially closed.

These complaints collectively indicate widespread problems with both heating and hot water systems affecting the entire building, with specific instances of inadequate heat and water supply documented in multiple apartments, particularly affecting Unit 2 and Unit 3. During this period, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) issued several violations, including a locked boiler room door preventing access to the heating system, and inadequate heat and hot water provision in multiple units.
