The two-story, four-unit tenement building at 615 New Jersey Avenue in East New York, owned by Jennifer Miller-albert, has experienced several significant maintenance issues over the past few years. Most notably, there have been two periods of heat and hot water problems in October 2019, one affecting an entire building and another limited to a single apartment, though access issues hindered proper investigation of the latter complaint.
