111 Nichols Avenue is a three-story, three-unit New Law Tenement building located in Cypress Hills and owned by Steven Ramah. Built in 1901, this century-old structure has experienced relatively few documented issues over the past several years.

However, in August 2018, two significant complaints were filed regarding potential illegal occupancy and unauthorized modifications to the property.
