The three-story, three-unit residential building at 1387 Stanley Avenue in East New York, owned by Duman Razdan, was constructed in 2008 and has experienced recurring maintenance issues over the years. Most recently, in May 2025, there were multiple complaints about windows and doors, including a window pane issue, door problems, and concerns about both plumbing (bathtub/shower) and unsanitary conditions (mold), though HPD inspections were unable to be completed.
