The building has had seven recorded complaints about heat and hot water shortages in 2023 alone, with three emergencies occurring between November and December 2023, and similar issues reported in April 2023 and earlier.

Various other maintenance concerns have been documented, including a mold issue in November 2023, problems with the bell/buzzer/intercom system, and wall paint/plaster issues. The building has also faced several documented violations requiring attention to safety systems and living conditions.
