The building has experienced several recurring maintenance issues over the past few years, with the most recent being a slow water leak reported in February 2025 that could not be inspected due to access issues. Between July and August 2023, the building faced multiple complaints including unsanitary conditions with pests, plumbing issues, and concerns about door/window conditions and stairs, with several of these classified as emergencies.
