121 Parkside Avenue is a 23-unit, 4-story New Law Tenement building constructed in 1921, currently owned by Michael Niamonitakis and located in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. The building has experienced several maintenance issues in recent years, with the most recent cluster of complaints in May 2025 involving water leaks, damp spots, and various issues with walls, ceilings, and floors, though most of these inspections did not result in violations.

Earlier complaints from 2024-2025 included multiple heat and hot water-related issues affecting both entire apartments and the whole building, with at least one emergency response required, and an unsanitary condition involving pests that resulted in violations.
