Most notably, there have been multiple heat and hot water complaints in early 2025, with four separate incidents between January and February 2025, including both apartment-specific and building-wide issues. The building has also faced significant mold and unsanitary condition challenges, with complaints regarding mold documented in March 2025 and December 2024, with violations issued in the latter case.

An HPD inspection in December 2024 revealed additional problems, including paint and plaster issues.
