Most notably, between 2022 and 2023, there have been multiple plumbing-related incidents, including three documented water leak complaints in 2023 alone, with varying severity from slow leaks to heavy flow issues.

One of the most recent incidents in October 2023 resulted in open Class B housing maintenance violations specifically affecting the bathroom in apartment 4R, citing problems with both the ceiling's plastered surfaces and roof leaks.
