The building has experienced several significant maintenance issues, particularly in 2023, when multiple violations were documented regarding heating and hot water systems.

Most notably, on March 8, 2023, a heat/hot water emergency complaint was filed and subsequently inspected by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), resulting in violations that remained open as of the latest inspection in March 2024.
