The two-story, three-unit residential building at 2812 Albemarle Road in East Flatbush, owned by Pierre Etheleau and constructed in 2006, has experienced recurring issues over the past four years related to both pest control compliance and boiler maintenance. Most notably, the property has accumulated four consecutive Housing Maintenance Code violations (2021-2024) concerning the failure to file mandatory annual bedbug reports with HPD, with the most recent violation recorded in April 2024 still remaining open.

These ongoing violations suggest a troubling pattern of non-compliance with basic tenant safety requirements.
