Most notably, the building has faced multiple heat and hot water service interruptions, with three separate incidents documented between December 2024 and January 2025, affecting both individual apartments and the entire building. During late 2024 through early 2025, there were also numerous water-related problems, including three water leak complaints, ranging from slow leaks to heavy flow issues, and problems with ceiling and wall paint/plaster.

These maintenance concerns resulted in several housing violations, including a December 2024 violation for inadequate heat supply to Apartment 1A and access issues to the boiler room, though most violations from July 2024 related to visible mold conditions in Apartment 1C remain open as of my last training cut-off in October 2023. While there were recorded rodent issues in 2010, these appear to be historical rather than ongoing concerns.
