Most recently, there was a heat/hot water complaint in December 2024, and earlier in 2024, an indoor air quality concern involving chemical vapors. The building has had multiple water-related problems, particularly in 2021-2022, with several complaints about heavy water flow and leaks, especially affecting apartments 204 and 302.

These incidents often coincided with mold-related issues, for which the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) issued violations in August 2022 regarding mold in apartment 204.
