Two Department of Buildings complaints from 2022 regarding illegal after-hours work and construction-related issues were resolved, with the latter being referred to the Department of Transportation. An Environmental Control Board violation from June 2022 concerning the building's maintenance conditions was resolved with no penalties imposed.
