Most notably, there were plumbing-related water supply problems reported in May 2024, which were initially classified as immediate emergencies and investigated by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).

While some complaints were closed due to being duplicates of an existing building-wide issue, others were closed without violations being issued. A comprehensive inspection in June 2023 revealed multiple violations that required attention, including defective window guards in public areas, a problematic fire escape window in Apartment 6, roof leakage at the fourth-story bulkhead, and issues with fire-retardant materials in the fourth-story public hall. These violations were properly certified as corrected between July and August 2023.

Encouragingly, the building has maintained a record of no bedbug infestations over the past several reporting periods from 2021 through April 2025, with all reported unit counts showing zero cases, eradications, or re-infestations since 2021. The most recent bedbug report for the period ending October 31, 2024, continues this trend of no infestations.
