The two-story, 4-unit residential building at 336 East 9th Street in Kensington, owned by Angela Hosang, has experienced several maintenance challenges in recent years. Most notably, between December 2022 and January 2023, the building faced multiple emergency issues including unsanitary conditions related to pests and mold, a broken window guard, and electrical problems with inadequate lighting - all of which resulted in violations being issued by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
