The three-story residential building at 1220 45th Street in Borough Park, owned by Jacob Figa, has experienced recurring issues with bedbug reporting compliance over the past several years. Most recently, in April 2024 and March 2023, the building received open violations for failing to file the required annual bedbug reports, continuing a pattern established in previous years (2021 and 2020).

The building underwent a thorough inspection in 2022-2023 which resulted in the filing of a bedbug report for the period from November 2020 to October 2021, indicating no infested or re-infested units.
