The property has experienced several significant maintenance issues in recent months, particularly during May-June 2025, with multiple complaints regarding heat and hot water outages affecting the entire building, as well as rodent sightings. In May 2025 alone, there were nine separate complaints about heat and hot water problems, and three rodent-related complaints.

A water leak was also reported and inspected by HPD in May 2025, resulting in violations. The building's violation history shows persistent maintenance challenges, particularly during 2024-2025, including issues with heating systems, hot water supply, and rodent control.
