The 6-unit, 3-story residential building at 544 82nd Street in Bay Ridge, owned by Carol Notias, has experienced several significant maintenance issues in recent years, with the most pressing concerns emerging in 2023 and 2024. In May 2023, multiple plumbing-related problems were reported and subsequently inspected by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), including issues with bathtubs/showers, sinks, and water leaks, some of which were classified as emergency situations.
