While the building has maintained compliance with bedbug prevention protocols, the more recent electrical, plumbing, safety, and sanitation issues suggest ongoing maintenance and safety concerns that require attention. The pattern of maintenance issues, particularly clustered around winter months, indicates possible challenges with building systems such as heating and water supply, though some complaints were resolved without violations being recorded.
