Most notably, there have been recurring pest problems, with two complaints in 2024 and 2023 related to unsanitary conditions and pests, including a September 2023 violation specifically citing a cockroach infestation in apartment 2R. The building has also faced multiple safety and maintenance violations, particularly affecting apartment 2R, including problems with self-closing doors (both at the apartment entrance and vestibule), a locked fire escape door, and issues with window guards.

Several violations were documented in September 2023, though most were subsequently closed by October 2023, with the exception of an open violation regarding the fire escape door.
