The 3-unit, 2-story building at 1904 Bath Avenue in Bath Beach, owned by Suzie Hwang, has experienced numerous maintenance issues over the past two years, particularly in early 2024. In January 2024, multiple complaints were filed and subsequently investigated by the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), including issues with heating radiators, mold, flooring, wall and ceiling surfaces, window safety, electrical outlets, and pest problems.
