Additionally, there was a structural stability complaint regarding building shaking or vibration recorded in October 2018, though this was marked as "Oath Violation Served." While some specific heating system violations from 2022 were closed after resolutions were verified, the pattern of repeated heating system complaints and violations suggests this remains a recurring issue in the building's maintenance history.
