224 Bay 34th Street is a 2-story, 4-unit residential tenement building in Gravesend, Brooklyn, built in 1925 and currently owned by Michelle Suarez. The building has experienced several significant maintenance issues over the past few years, most notably a power outage in July 2020 that resulted in violations from the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
