Most recently, in January 2024, there were multiple complaints about lack of heat/hot water, with HPD responding to three separate complaints between January 6-9, though they faced access issues for inspections in some cases.

This pattern was similarly noted in an October 2023 incident, suggesting an ongoing building-wide heating system problem. The building currently has open Class A violations from July 2024 requiring the installation of proper notices regarding the availability of the agency's housing information guide in English and Spanish, and procedures for dealing with suspected gas leaks, all of which were previously noted in 2018 during inspections.

Additionally, there are open violations from April 2024 and March 2023 regarding the required annual bedbug reports that need to be filed with HPD.
