Throughout 2024, the building faced multiple maintenance complaints primarily in February, including issues with doors, stairways, walls, and flooring, though all these complaints were investigated and found to have no housing code violations. Two instances of unresponsive HPD inspection requests in 2024 related to a mailbox issue and a door problem represent notable access challenges.

During the building's construction phase in 2022, there were several complaints including concerns about construction beyond approved plans, excessive debris, and site conditions endangering workers, though inspections generally found no violations warranting action.
