Most notably, there have been multiple water-related problems, including three water leak incidents documented in 2023-2025, with the most recent being a heavy flow leak reported in September 2023 affecting apartment 4C.

The building has also faced electrical issues, with no lighting complaints registered in March 2025, and various plumbing-related problems, particularly concerning bathtubs/showers and water supply systems in 2024. Multiple complaints filed between March and April 2024 resulted in multiple housing and maintenance code complaints being closed, though HPD was frequently unable to complete inspections on these occasions. During the building's construction phase in 2020-2021, several significant issues were documented, including concerns about structural stability, scaffolding safety, and pedestrian protection.

The Department of Buildings issued multiple violations related to construction safety and scaffold maintenance, with penalties reaching $2,500 for some infractions. The building has been subject to five separate bedbug report filings between 2021 and 2024, though recent reports indicate zero infested units with no successful or re-infestations. While most housing maintenance and construction-related violations have been resolved, the building continues to experience ongoing maintenance challenges, particularly with water and electrical systems, as evidenced by the recent 311 service requests in March 2025 that HPD was unable to inspect.
