In late 2023, several maintenance concerns were documented, including flooring/stairs problems resulting in violations, window frame issues, and electrical concerns, though inspections found some conditions had no violations while others warranted official citations. The building's Apartment 7B received particular attention during inspections in late 2023 and early 2024, with multiple violations noted including problems with window balances, floor conditions, electrical outlets, and bathroom walls, all of which were certified as addressed by January 2024.
