4518 Glendale Court is a two-family residential building located in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, owned by Cally Moskouris. Built in 1945, this two-story structure has experienced several maintenance issues over the past four years, with the most significant cluster of problems occurring in mid-2022. During June 2022, the building had multiple emergency complaints including water leaks (both heavy flow), stair and ceiling issues, and a lack of heat/hot water throughout the entire building.

Two other emergencies were reported in 2021-2022 relating to heat/hot water problems in individual apartments and slow water leaks. Among the most concerning current issues are four open Violations from June 2022 related to Apartment 1st Floor, including problematic window sash counter balance, and defective plastered surfaces and paint issues in both the foyer and kitchen ceilings.
