Between October to December 2023 alone, there were three emergency heat/hot water complaints, with one involving the entire building in December that resulted in a violation for roach infestation in Apartment C4.

The building has also faced various maintenance challenges including plumbing issues (toilets and sinks), window frame problems, and a 2022 ceiling plaster/paint violation in Apartment C2 that required attention to multiple safety features. The property has shown some concerning patterns regarding habitability and safety requirements, particularly in 2021-2022, when multiple violations were issued related to safety systems including missing smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in Apartment C2, as well as self-closing door issues in both C2 and C4.

In terms of pest control, regular monitoring shows no bedbug infestations reported between 2019 and 2024, though there was a significant unsanitary condition involving pests reported in 2021.
