This three-story, six-unit Class A residential building at 31-04 107th Street in East Elmhurst, owned by John Huang, was constructed in 2021 and has experienced several notable issues over its relatively short history. Most recently, in April 2025, there have been two open complaints regarding unsanitary conditions related to garbage/recycling storage, with corresponding Housing Maintenance Code Complaints still pending resolution.

In late 2024, there were concerns about heat/hot water issues and electrical wiring problems, both marked as emergencies though the Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) was unable to gain access for inspection in either case, and subsequently closed these complaints within a few weeks. The building underwent significant construction activity and faced multiple regulatory challenges during its initial year of occupancy in 2022.

There were numerous Construction Safety Compliance (CSC) actions, with several stop work orders issued between March and May 2022, though all were eventually fully rescinded. The Department of Buildings (DOB) records show eight CSC-related complaints between March and July 2022, including instances of work being conducted contrary to approved plans/permits, resulting in Oath Violations being served. There were also inspections related to sustainability enforcement and an illegal curb cut or driveway issue in 2023, which was determined to be in violation and served accordingly.
