The three-story, four-unit building at 98-07 37th Avenue in Jackson Heights, dating back to 1930, has experienced persistent heating and maintenance issues over the past several years, with the most significant concerns centering around inadequate heat and hot water. From late 2022 through early 2025, there have been multiple heat-related complaints, with at least eight documented incidents involving the entire building.
