57-19 Xenia Street is a two-story, two-family residential building located in Corona, Queens, and owned by Shu Jie Xue. The property, built in 1920, has experienced significant maintenance issues, particularly in 2021 when multiple housing code violations were documented in Apartment 2R. These violations included plumbing problems (water supply issues, leaky faucets, and scalding hot water), pest infestation (mice), and various maintenance concerns such as a defective bathroom wash basin, problems with plastered surfaces and paint in multiple areas, a leaky roof, and the absence of carbon monoxide detectors.
