The 69-unit, 6-story residential building at 108-25 72nd Avenue in Forest Hills, owned by Stephen Wallach, has experienced several maintenance issues in recent years, particularly in 2024. Most notably, a pattern of water-related problems emerged in June 2024, with multiple violations issued for paint/plaster issues on walls and ceilings, plumbing problems involving sinks and bathtubs/showers, and mold concerns. These violations were documented in various complaint types, including "MOLD", "PAINT/PLASTER", and "PLUMBING".

More recently, in October 2024, there was a complaint about an electric/gas range that HPD was unable to inspect, requiring tenants to submit a new service request if the problem persists.
