Since its opening, the building has experienced recurring issues with both heat/hot water and water supply problems. Specifically, in February 2023, multiple complaints were filed regarding heat and hot water issues affecting the entire building, though HPD verified that these problems were corrected.

The building has also had two water supply-related complaints in February 2023, which were similarly closed without violations being issued. More recently, in 2024, the building received class A violations for failing to file annual bedbug reports, though this issue appears to have been addressed quickly, with the 2023 report showing no infested units.
