The 6-unit, 3-story tenement building at 69-13 Central Avenue in Glendale, owned by Leonardo Grippi, has experienced several notable maintenance issues in recent years, primarily concerning heating and electrical systems. Most recently, in February 2024, there was a power outage affecting the entire building.

This followed a significant heat and hot water outage in October 2023 that was technically inspected during a period when heat was not required, and earlier incidents of heat/hot water issues were recorded in March 2021 and February 2019, though inspectors were unable to gain access for proper verification in those cases.
