This four-story, 24-unit New Law Tenement building at 71-27 65th Street in Glendale, owned by Niall Murray and constructed in 1928, has experienced multiple maintenance issues in recent years. However, the building has maintained a consistent record of zero bedbug infestations as reported in the annual filings from 2019 through 2025, and there is currently one active DOB violation from June 2023 regarding the failure to file the 2019 external low-pressure inspection.
