The 6-story, 54-unit co-op building at 35-05 Parsons Boulevard in Flushing, constructed in 1938 and currently managed by 35-05 Parsons Blvd. Tenants Corp, has experienced recurring heating system issues over the past two years. Between late 2023 and early 2024, there were multiple complaints (October 2023 to February 2024) regarding lack of heat and hot water affecting the entire building, with tenants reporting restoration of service before inspections could be completed.

More recently, in April 2025, there was a complaint about indoor air quality and ventilation involving the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
