Most recently, between late 2024 and mid-2025, there were reports of unsanitary conditions involving pests, though no violations were issued following HPD inspections. The building has experienced recurring plumbing and appliance issues, particularly evident in late 2022 when multiple complaints were filed regarding sinks, water leaks, and refrigerator problems, though HPD was unable to access the premises for inspection in those cases.
